Late check out policy
- Late check-outs are usually not allowed.

Policy on children staying with parents
- Accommodation is free for one child up to 5 years sharing the room with parents.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least four days before arrival, 90% of the deposit is refunded
- For no-shows and cancellations less than four days prior to arrival, the first night of the booking will not be refunded; 90% of the remaining amount will be refunded
- Please note that the above policy does not apply to Carnival and New Year packages, when there is no refund at any time.

- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Cash, Bank Deposit (just if you are in Brazil)
